Choose the size ad you want to place. For homes over $450,000, we recommend a minimum of 1/4 page. E-mail or fax a description of your property. Approximate Character limitations for 1/8 = 275 characters; 1/4 page = 570; 1/2 page = 800 or full page = 825 characters. REMEMBER TO INCLUDE YOUR PRICE AND PHONE NUMBER. If you would like our assistance in writing your description, make some notes about your property and then fax, e-mail, mail it or come on in to our office.

Photograph...

We recommend you advertise with a current photo of your home. We accept (HORIZONTAL Pictures Only) in either 35mm prints, high res (300+ dpi) digital images or our professional photographer will come to your home to take your photo and put up your sign for a $50 fee (a great deal compared to the cost of film, developing and travel time & labor). You may e-mail pictures to dk@gotofsbo.com

PLEASE - All photos - whether e-mailed or dropped off to office - MUST BE LABELED with Last Name and Room (Exp: smithlivingroom.jpg) and must be HORIZONTAL. Please allow enough room around home for cropping - Do Not Provide Close Up Photos or part of home may be cut off.
