You shall indemnify, hold harmless & defend GoToFSBO.com & its director, officer, employees, agents, affiliates, subcontractors, partners, vendors & customers from & against all allegations, claims, actions, suits, demands, damages, liabilities, obligations, losses, settlements, judgments, costs & expenses (including without limitation attorney's fees & costs) which arise out of, relate to, or result from any omission, use, or misuse of Seller Disclosures relating to properties you list & sell on GoToFSBO.com.

Virginia Confidential Documents Agreement:

You explicitly authorize your Listing Agent, Buyer Agent, Closing Agent (Attorney, Title Agent, Escrow Agent), and all other parties involved in the transaction to upload listing and transaction related documents on GoToFSBO.com as a central document and information management system. You authorize GoToFSBO.com and its employees and agents to upload any transaction documents they may receive onto the GoToFSBO.com platform. You understand that transaction documents may be confidential. Uploading documents on GoToFSBO.com does not make GoToFSBO.com or its employees, shareholders, investors, and stakeholders party to the transaction.

You agree to NOT upload any photos you did not take, pay a photographer for, or have WRITTEN Permission to use. Websites, photographers & prior Listing Agents have brought legal action to enforce their photo/image ownership rights nationwide. MLS’s have instituted immediate fines of hundreds of dollars for the posting of photos owned by parties other than the seller. You agree to hold harmless, indemnify & defend GoToFSBO.com & its affiliated agents for any copyright violation resulting from you uploading images, documents, text, or media for which you do not hold copyright to, or cannot permit GoToFSBO.com, its affiliate agent, the MLS & any third party websites that use GoToFSBO.com or MLS information, to use & display for listing and promotional purposes.
